User Guide: How to Use & Store

  • Culinary Use: Jowar is perfect for traditional Jolada Roti or Bhakri. Its mild profile also makes it a fantastic base for gluten-free pancakes, porridge, and savory crepes.

  • Pro-Tip for Soft Rotis: Since Jowar lacks gluten, use boiling water to knead the dough. This "pre-cooks" the starch, making the dough pliable and easy to roll without breaking.

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

  • Shelf Life: Best used within 60 days of packing for maximum freshness.

Jowar flour was not fine ground

Jowar flour was not fine ground, it was coarse, and Uttara Karnataka people who use it for Rotti feel it. We saw even color of rotti was blackish.
We didn't feel like it was good.
Quality is fine, but taste, correct preparation is important.
