Amazing healthy product!

You guys are awesome! First of all thank you for sending me your product so proactively. You could have sent just one packet but have sent more. Second, I made Parathas and they smell and taste heavenly. It isn't sticky and that gives me comfort that there's no gluten or very less. It's also very fibrous. Awesome protein packed flour. Thank you 😊..and the color of the Paratha is so good too (pls ignore the shape..bad cooking skills 🙄)

Tried many flours, but this one stands out!
