Culinary Use: Witbran Ragi is incredibly versatile. For the best results, use it to make traditional Ragi Rotis, Dosas, or Savory Crepes (Chilla). It is also an excellent addition to high-fiber sourdough, artisanal breads, and even nutritious chocolate cakes or cookies.

Pro-Tip for Rotis: Because Ragi is gluten-free, it doesn't have the same "stretch" as wheat. If making 100% Ragi rotis, use warm water to knead the dough, or blend it with your regular Witbran Sharbati Wheat Atta (30:70 ratio) for a softer texture.
Storage: Since our Ragi is freshly milled and 100% natural (no chemical preservatives or anti-caking agents), it needs a little extra care. Store it in a cool, dry place, ideally in an airtight glass or steel container to maintain its earthy aroma and prevent moisture absorption.
