Family-sized, and worth the shelf space

Most Whitefield households buy atta in bulk. Ours comes in 1 kg and 5 kg packs, and because it is milled fresh rather than stabilised with additives, it behaves differently from supermarket atta: keep it in an airtight container, and refrigerate it if your kitchen runs warm. Shelf life is around 60 days.
