Witbran's mill is in Electronic City Phase 1 — 56, APJ Abdul Kalam Nagar, off Hulimangala Main Road in Neeladri Nagar. If you live in Electronic City, your flour isn't shipped in from another city or pulled off a warehouse shelf. It is ground to order a short drive away and delivered the next day.

Why freshly milled matters

Whole wheat flour starts losing quality the moment the grain is broken open. The bran and germ contain natural oils, and those oils begin to oxidise immediately. Packaged atta is typically milled weeks or months before you open the bag. Ours is milled after you order it, with nothing added — no preservatives, no anti-caking agents, no maida blended in.

Delivery
